Highly recommend, they were extremely nice when I reached out to them for a quote to fix my mom’s water heater after Justin McKinney plumbing completely stopped responding to me regarding a quote out of nowhere. They gave me no run around about price and sent me a quote quickly that I felt was fair, and it ended up being a little less than what they quoted me after they came out. Great service.

This is the second time, in 2 years, that I've called and left a detailed message. No one has ever returned my call or came by the house. Very disappointed in Skipper. I called them 6 years ago for a job, which they returned my call promptly and they did an excellant job! If they'd of just called me and said they were too busy I'd of known what was going on, but to do nothing while I wait for a return call is not how to run a business. I won't be calling again and wasting my time.

Previous customer. Had a new issue which they Originally came out right away to assess the problem and was very polite. Called back several times leaving messages with no follow up. It’s been 2 weeks. Very disappointed.

My water heater died, called Skipper based on a recommendation. Service was quick and very reasonable. Skipper and his son Trey were very friendly and professional, even helped with another small issue at no charge while they waited for the old water heater to drain. I’d recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Provided next-day service, with parts in hand after sending pictures of the issue the night before. Added on a quick project. So efficient, professional and well worth what I’d consider a bargain. 100% recommend. Will be using again when plumbing needs arise.
